Legal Disclaimer
Arbor Lawn Service provides lawn care and maintenance services to residential and commercial customers. All services are rendered under the assumption that the property is safe and accessible. While we take great care in providing quality service, Arbor Lawn Service is not responsible for any damage to underground utilities, sprinkler systems, cables, or invisible fences unless clearly marked by the property owner prior to service.
Customers are expected to ensure pets and personal belongings are secured prior to scheduled service. By accepting services, the customer agrees to waive Arbor Lawn Service from any claims of damage due to unmarked or undisclosed hazards on the property.
Terms and Conditions
1. Services Provided
Arbor Lawn Service offers mowing, trimming, edging, leaf removal, and other landscape maintenance services as agreed upon. Scope of work will be outlined in a quote or service agreement.
2. Scheduling & Access
Customers must ensure that gates are unlocked, and property is accessible on scheduled service days. All pets must be secured and placed far from contacting employees and/or threats to the health of the workers. Missed services due to inaccessible property may incur a trip charge.
3. Payment Terms
All invoices are due within 7 days of receipt unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur a $25 late fee. Arbor Lawn Service reserves the right to pause or cancel service for accounts past due more than 15 days.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
5. Weather Delays
Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to inclement weather. Customers will be notified, and the job will be rescheduled at the earliest availability.
6. Damage & Liability
We are insured and take reasonable care during service. If accidental damage occurs due to our equipment or staff, it must be reported within 48 hours of service to be eligible for review and possible repair or compensation.
7. Service Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will return to address the concern at no additional charge.
8. Termination of Service
Either party may terminate ongoing services with a 7-day written notice. Any outstanding balances must be settled at time of termination.
